BUENA VENTURE ASSOCIATES

Buena Venture Associates, L.P. ("BVA"), is an early stage venture capital investor.  We are primarily interested in companies that have technology or offer services focused on the delivery of financial services over the internet. This is covered in more detail on the "Investment Philosophy" page.  The firm was formed in June of 1998, but its principals have been venture investors and principal equity investors for many years. We would like to be the lead investor or participate in a company's first round of financing. We look for outstanding people with the experience, passion and desire to build great companies, with ideas that will create the new paradigms in the high tech world. Our role with a company goes well beyond an investment. The ideal situation is one where we are partners in building the best company possible. We intend to invest in only a few companies
and to devote ourselves
to making those companies successful.
