Staff is limited as the principals of BVA do all research and diligence personally. We have at our disposal however, extensive research, legal, tax and accounting capabilities. We draw upon these resources as necessary. Our private capital source gives us significant investment flexibility and allows us to:

• Move quickly when we see an opportunity.
• Structure transactions to meet the unique needs of owners and managers.
• Have fewer time constraints and extended investment horizons
• Focus on rates of return, not cash returns.
